Logging into Strapi

This guide will walk you through the process of logging into your Strapi dashboard securely.

Login Process

  1. Open your web browser
  2. Navigate to your Strapi admin panel URL (provided by Andesphere)
  3. You will see the login screen
  4. Enter your credentials:
    • Email address
    • Password
  5. Click “Login”

First-Time Login

If this is your first time logging in:

  1. Use the temporary password provided by Andesphere
  2. You will be prompted to change your password
  3. Choose a strong password that:
    • Is at least 8 characters long
    • Contains uppercase and lowercase letters
    • Includes numbers and special characters
  4. Confirm your new password
  5. Save the changes

If you’re having trouble logging in:

  1. Double-check your credentials
  2. Try resetting your password
  3. Contact Andesphere support at support@andesphere.com

Remember: Never share your login credentials with anyone, including Andesphere staff. We will never ask for your password.
